Can Luxury Aroma Collection install the unit into my central A/C system?

No, we are unable to install the unit for our customers, however, we do have a list of contractors that will provide the installation service. Please keep in mind that most of our customers complete the installation process themselves in under an hour with the assistant of our “How to Install” video.

How are the fragrance oils made?

The team at Luxury Aroma Collection prides itself in sourcing top-quality naturally extracted oils that are non-toxic, harmless and formaldehyde-free. If you have further questions about the product, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I care for this product?

You may only use oils specifically used for waterless diffusers and contain no alcohol. Care instructions for each product are also listed on the product page, under the "Details" section. Please follow the care instructions to ensure the longevity of your product.

How long does the 4 oz and 16 oz fragrance oil last?

The Luxury Aroma 4 oz oil bottle last 3-4 months and the 16 oz bottle will last 6-8 months. Please keep in mind that these time frames will be based on the settings you personalize for your diffuser machine.
